Arvana Wellness utilizes artificial intelligence (powered by the Gemini API) to generate insights and respond to your wellness queries. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate information, AI can make mistakes or provide incomplete information. You agree to use your own judgment and consult a healthcare professional before acting on any AI-generated suggestions.

3. Data Storage and User Responsibility

Because Arvana Wellness does not require user accounts or store your personal health data on our servers, your data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from app deletion, device failure, or loss of your device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Arvana Wellness to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application.
• Input malicious code, spam, or prompt injections into the AI chat interface.
